Strong Girls, Healthy Meeting Patch  (Girls all ages)
Learn how to make healthy habits a part of your everyday life. Girls will get the chance to explore different tastes of water, make a healthy snack, and accessorize their water bottle with a water bottle carrier! This program will include a fruit and vegetable taste test, and an activity that illustrates the amount of sugar in common beverages. Taking on these healthy habits in a supportive environment of peers and role models has a heightened potential to achieve a positive ripple effect on children’s lives.
