Can you name three jobs in the legal system? A judge, an attorney, a paralegal, there are many career opportunities! Indiana State Bar Association Women in the Law Division will give you an in-depth look into the world of law. Workshops will cover topics including laws and procedures, ethics, and career choices within the legal field. The event will conclude with an interactive mock trial. Who will win this case? As a bonus, you have a chance to win a $100 book award from Books-A-Million and an engraved gavel by submitting a one-page letter explaining your interest in the legal field. All submissions will be judged by a panel of school teachers and the winner will be announced at the end of the event! Participation in the book award is not mandatory.
