Here is an opportunity for all Girl Scouts in central Indiana and their families!

You are invited to get away from the crowds and busy highways to explore the beautiful campground at Camp Gallahue. You'll share a wonderful family experience, meet other Girl Scout families, and make new friends! We have planned some activities to complement your weekend of leisure.

Enjoy the lovely hills and valleys of Camp Gallahue. This beautiful resident/troop camp is located in Brown County.

Someone in the family must be a registered Girl Scout member. A family consists of individuals living in the same household.

Each family must bring their own equipment and food. No campers, trailers, or motor homes, no hookups. No pets, smoking, alcohol, or firearms allowed.

No refunds for family camp weekends.

Confirmations, additional information, and directions to camp will be mailed to you about one week before the event. If you have questions, contact the Camping Services Department at 317-924-6800.

Activities Available During Your Stay

Waterfront: Lifeguards will be on duty at the waterfront for swimming, canoeing, open kayaking, and fishing.

Picnic Area: Will be available for day use.

Hills of Gallahue Trail: Provides a rugged seven and a half-mile trail through the hills of Brown County. After hiking the trail, the Hills of Gallahue patch is available for purchase from any Girl Scouts of Central Indiana Shop.
