Come have fun and enjoy the sun with your whole troop or family for an entire weekend at Camp Gallahue this summer!
Troops or families will stay in their own "pod" throughout the day. Your pod will have the opportunity to participate in scheduled camp activities, which include archery, swimming, canoeing, and crafts! Your pod is also welcome to participate in unscheduled activities during your camp adventure as well! These include hiking, creek stomping, fishing (bring your own equipment), and more!
Horseback Riding will be available for an additional $20 per person. Sign up for Horseback Riding from your confirmation email 1-2 weeks before your stay.
Self-Led Activity Kits are also available and can be purchased as you go through your registration.
Scheduled activities will be offered daily, but will only be available to you in your scheduled time slots. So be sure to check your confirmation email and arrive in time to participate!
Important notes about LYOA Weekends:
- All camp activities will follow Safety Activity Checkpoint guidelines for participation.
- You must bring your own food. Please make sure you bring a cooler to keep things cold or pack non-perishables.
- Properly worn masks will be required when within 6 ft. of other campers or camp staff.
- Sign up for scheduled activities will be available when confirmations are sent about 1-2 weeks before your weekend.
- NO pets, alcohol, or smoking on property.
- NO driving around property once you've parked. Please walk to all activities.
Important notes about day/primitive options:
- This registration is for troops or families wishing to enjoy Gallahue for a day, or by camping in the valley with your own pop-up tents (primitive camping).
- Registration is per person, and your stay is restricted from 9am until 10am the next morning.
- You may book several days in a row of primitive camping. Be sure to book every night you wish to stay!
Gallahue does not have AC or public wifi. Cell phone service at camp is also very patchy.
