This is a partnership with the Indiana Senate Page Office for students in grades 6-12 (ages 13+).

Please note: The Indiana Senate Page Program has evolved over the years. As technology continues to advance, 'paging duties' have evolved as well. With the use of cell phones and emails, there are no longer paper messages available to deliver to our government officials. Instead, Girl Scouts will get an opportunity to experience many other aspects of the Senate side of government.

Senate pages have the opportunity to tour Indiana's historical Statehouse (including the Senate and House Chambers, the Supreme Court, and the Governor's office), observe the legislative session directly from the floor of the Senate, listening to debates on important policy issues, and meet senators if they are available the day they are visiting. Girl Scouts will also have the opportunity to earn a government badge and learn about our female leaders in government.

Girls should arrive and dressed their best. No blue jeans, open backs, mid-driffs, tank tops, or sandals. Girls should wear business attire when participating in this program. Their vest or sash is encouraged over their business attire. If a Girl Scout is in violation of the dress code, she may not be able to enter the Senate chambers on the floor as the Statehouse is very strict on dress code.

Note: Adult supervision is provided by the council for this program. Parents will be required to bring their girl(s) in to check them in and then to sign them out at the end of the day.

Fee includes lunch, patch, and a badge.

Cancellation Policy
Refund policy: Cancellations must be received in writing 15 business days before event to receive a refund. No refunds will be issued for any purchase less than $5. Registration closes two weeks prior to each event or when the event is full, unless otherwise noted for all council sponsored activities.
